If your potential employee go through your resume and apart from the relevant experience, they are aware that you work for big branded company, it will be easy for you to be granted for an interview.

I find that the bigger companies don't ask you technical questions, they ask you about humane and working questions. I begin to see a difference in bigger/smaller corporations, their concerns are very different.

Went for another one yesterday at CityHall, only complain is that need to put in 42 hours a week, sigh. If I take it up, then I will be working near ah bin liao

As long as basic technical skill or related working experience are there, it will be sufficient.
They can spend $$ to train you, unlike small company which is in general meow.
Big companies are looking more of getting a potential candidate that can contribute in many areas not just work related task.
