In general, small company have the danger of not able to pay salary in time, have to be jack in all trade but master of none. It might not help you grow much in term of career prospect.

I find that the bigger companies don't ask you technical questions, they ask you about humane and working questions. I begin to see a difference in bigger/smaller corporations, their concerns are very different.

Went for another one yesterday at CityHall, only complain is that need to put in 42 hours a week, sigh. If I take it up, then I will be working near ah bin liao
