Eh, they didnt update the winners, these were the winners for 2003. I remember last yr. First assignment winner was taken in a Indian Temple, 2nd was a girl in Sentosa and 3rd was John Cosgrove taking a pic of his daughter singing(?) with strobe flash

I want a 3 section tripod, when extended + my ball head, the centre column shouldn't be necessary to raise, will look at 1227 first.

No.. tripod going by instalments of 6 months :bsmilie: CompuRover would be easier to move around in Japan can bring my notebook also, then tripod for night scenes :thumbsup:

The trip is totally on loan also :bsmilie: Have to pay off one.

sounds fair.

sometimes i prefer the G1227 to mt\y G1228.

but i like the short length of the G1228 when compacted.
only thing is extend out alot more columns to pull out.

Pulling out is one thing, the 4 section tripods, the last leg is as good as don't pull out, cos very flimsy and weak, thus I prefer 3 section tripods.

Was thinking of borrowing TMC's :sticktong

Will check it out later, purchase next month though.

You forgot yours including the sensor also changed already? Heehee.. that's partially the reason why the cam got sensor change, cos of this issue, it's happened already, no need to send in, for NW, ask him to point at a very strong light source (ie sun) then see the metering, if it goes koyak, can send in liao :bsmilie:

Nope.. ur set special case... hahaha... so far I only know of SzennyBoy's H, which totally got changed into HS and yours sensor+metering PCB changed.

The rest are mostly PCB changed.
