Yup!! This can only spell good news to us, the consumers. 5D tempting sia...but think I prefer the Mk II for its speed. 5D more for portrait/landscape shooters. But its a really nice body, judging from the specs. Love that big big LCD...

5D is a flop.. that's my personal feeling. FF at half the cost, sensor quality must have taken a hit at least 50% from the 1DS MKII. But the idea is there.

Yup, I know. Not only kill CF card, kill HDD and the CPU also. ;p But thats the trend nowadays with new cam, the megapixels race is still ongoing. Prolly the next crop of bodies will have 10-12 megapixels minimum.
8 megapixels are just fine for me, for my uses. Anything bigger than that is overkill, IMO.
