You is lucky; only short term. Mine long term (ie semi-permanet): no lots of chilli, no heaty food (fried, grilled, baked), no cold drinks, no beer (!), no soft drinks, no sour food/drinks, not too much tea or conc tea. You almost never see me drink anything cold, regardless of temperature.
