new flats good... can use the preferential HDB loans. much better rates, over the long run, than commerical loans. of course, commerical loans allow u to pay off faster lah.

u got 2 chances to use the loan. so might as well. just make sure u and wifey's combined income dun exceed the limit can already.

lucky ours is BTO premium .. so most of the stuff no need to do liao.

Bad thing about enblock is... u buy enblock flat at HDB rate 2.6% then again for new flat, hence considered as 2 times. So after this, will not be able to get HDB loan for future flats.
