resale if u want bigger floor space, relatively less $$$ on renos (if the other fella maintained his home well), mature estate. but, u really really have to check the condition of the house and the owner. hopefully, u won't have pig heads on ur doors.... :sweat:

enblock everything new. so, no problems. more $$$ on renos. smaller floor space.

I would prefer to buy Enblock as it is everything new. I suppose the new flats are somewhere near your house too. U can enjoy the 3k grant if it is near your parents' house.

Renovation if design your own will save quite a lot but more hectic as you need to coordinate all by your own. If hire designer, u save the hassles but pay higher lo.

Wah, must pay 30k cash for Enbloc flats??!! Better save the cash for renovation and furnitures, man. Cash is king when it comes to wedding preparations. Every cents count.
