Cosplay is suppose to be part of street fest at NYC along with the DJ party thing.. but dunno accurate or not... the programs printed are also not too accurate... :sweat:

Don't worry, most/all Arts Festival events can be photographed unless you are participating in it (like the one at RC) or unless stated NO FLASH allowed. My collegue has SMSed me and told me about that.
