sharing with my siblings mah...each contribute loh...somemore 3 sharing, gonna slow down drastically..therefore decided to upgrade

submarine cable connects singapore to the rest of the world in world wide web...so if the cable is cut, damages need to be mend and alot of bandwidth will be afffected, depends on how bad is the damage..usually they will have a backup submarine cable as contingency...however, if all the users gonna be congested in 1 submarine cable, there will be bottle neck and traffic will be alot slower

no wonder my internet suddenly become a mollase when i tried surfing CS... lol... so has starhub addressed the problems due to this incident ? i will die out of boredom since i cant go anywhere. mrt fares increase, internet slow, die liao....

heh... MOL 2000 sharing 3 comps.. slw like hell.... its basically crawling.. if play online games.. sure first one to lag out..

ur pc running on very high specs leh.. AMD 64 chips.. sure fast la~ even though i upgraded, i am still on AMD 1.7ghz leh.... so.. still slow...

PC fast or not has little issue to bandwidth of cable services...the more bandwidth you have, the shortest time you get to download every bytes..
but no matter how fast your pc is, its not gonna improve the bandwith...
the most faster pc helps will be refreshing pages

it is subjected to the area you are living in too..if alot of starhub MOL users are living near you, then the bandwith is shared amoung you guys..the lesser the people to share to better it is..usually the more populated area suffer...

I have a friend who live in a area where only 3 famils are sharing a 2mb line..
his download speed is overwhelming!
