Yep, they need to have parental consent to do all these. Even if they sign form agreeing, it's considered void as they're still under aged.

i believe the legal age had some changes a few years back. maybe the lawyers or law students can give us an answer...

maybe a guidelines should be set la... parents will feel uncomfortable to see their young kids posing for camera, they might feel that CS is a bad influence and may see it as some sort of a webbie to attract young girls (below legal age) who wants to be models etc etc....
