to help their IT in the project of reprogramming their QC routine. he told me not to buy seagate hdds. i was like :o
not surprise loh...because its cheap, alot of "branded" PCs that my company is using are installed with seagate HDD..guess what? out of 10 PC, 6-7 HDD spoils!!!

My IBM 120GXP failed after 2.5years. My boss's IBM 60GXP also failed ~the same time. All my important data is on RAID 1 . HD these days fail quite easily, every brand is affected .... :confused:
 

Think it's on purpose so that we upgrade regularly.

No issues.. my IBM hdds are running 24/7 on my machines at home.

400GB? People are already going for TBs, they're just wanting us to upgrade and upgrade. :(

there's new technology of perpendicular data writing, now the conventional is horizontal writing. so capacity will be going huge in no time. :)

Next thing ... they make Fibre channel scsi the norms for PC and obsolete the SATA idea... :devil:

My PC is very weird now!!!
Try to log in Yahoo, it displays The browser you're using refuses to sign in. (cookies rejected)

Even CS those smileys cannot click & select font size etc

spyware? download adaware to scan.
 

I got use spybot, just now keep getting some warning to accept or deny changes then I click Always deny.

spybot got download the new version one?
i usually use both to scan for spywares.
 

All the more reason to use Firefox. Been using that since day one.

IE used to access intranet / lan servers.

Check your browser security level settings.
