There is only one Visitor Arrival Centre in Sentosa. This is the place when the bus will drop you to buy tickets inside sentosa. The place is just after the bridge from mainland into the island. Once pass the bridge, turn left at the roundabout and you will see the centre.

For those who have the islander membership, this is the place in which you go to collect your card!! :lovegrin:
