any knows how to recover data from a hdd that cannot be boot up ??

put inside a freezer for 1 day, then try to boot immediately after taking out. Not joking.:devil:

if the HDD is not faulty... can just use software to recover... but it will be a long process...
Done that last weekend... almost 10hrs of work...
