of course i like! provided i strike next yr's ang bao Toto... bet the 17-40/f4L and the 24-70/f2.8, i rather go for the 17-40 first becos i got the tokina 28-70mm/f2.8 to hold the fort first. besides, the tokina is serving me well.

Any f4 equivilant of the 24-70L? I'm looking for something like that from canon.

Not to my preference leh. Cos the normal zoom i tend to use it for portraits too. Then f2.8 will give a better DOF than f4. Tats why stick to 3rd party f2.8 ones since no $$
