i dun know if it is just me, but i compared the MX-500 and the original earphones, both sound equally the same.....:(

Don't think you can find a straight one in Singapore leh. Mine is a L one bought from TANGS.

relax la brother. as with all audio stuff, must burn-in first. this includes amps, preamps, equalisers, cd players, radio receivers, speakers, subwoofers, earphones.

this is what u should do.

u can use Pink Noise to burn in. but then u hafta buy pink noise cd.

or u can just use some orchestral cd music to burn in. things like bond, kitaro. the idea is to get as complex a sound as possible. dont burn in with those soothing piano pieces.

turn the vol to 130% of what you usuaully listen to. burn in for about 72-100 hours.

MOST of the time, the difference will be quite noticeable. for higher end speakers, the difference may actually be quite amazing
