Why not share the hosting cost with a few other friends? Should be around 100+/year, can find cheaper ones though. 3 Person share would be around 30+ per pax.

I will be cycling there. Will hang around at the entrance with my barang barang. Join me if you want to spend your sunday morning in the jungles of Singapore ;p Lai ah Lai ah....

What to shoot?
1) Flowers (Kit lens or Macro Lens)
2) Sunbirds (Telephoto lens)
3) Dragonflies, fishes (kit lens)

What to bring?
1) H20
2) Sunshade
3) Insect repellent
4) Towel

I'm quite new to photography. It's good to know there are some photographers in Sembawang. Where and when do you guys normally go for shoots ?

We go pretty much everywhere i guess. No fixed location. Theres a few interesting locations in Sembawang though, the beach, the colonial style mansions off Canberra Rd, etc.

Yeah like what Override2Zion aka Kendrick mentioned, no fixed time/location. When you feel like it, and anywhere you go to.
I think Sembawang haven't had a (official) shoot outing either for quite some time. And personally I haven't even went to any shoot before!

I have de Sigma 24-70 f2.8. I would say this is a good lens. Only a bit noisy when focusing and warmer colour tone.

Aha, okay good. Do you think the Tamron would fare as well? Because I am not a first hand lens buyer, so if there's no Sigma I'll turn to Tamron.
