Alright. I propose 27th to 28th Sep.. we meet at 12pm for lunch at changi village before going in =) Come back on 28th Sep around noon time

Things to bring:

a) Food & Water
b) Tent (if you have, please indicate if you're bringing)
c) Sleeping bag (unless you prefer to freeze on the beach)
d) Camera & Gear (unless you don't want to shoot)
e) Insect Repellent
f) Change of clothes
g) Toiletries (There are toilets there, water in the toilet are not drinkable as it's collected rain water)
h) Some money for ferry, food, water & etc (ferry is $2.50 per trip, there are provision shops/coffeeshops there)
i) Torchlight

Can't join you folks liao. This friday I am sending in my cam to canon svc ctr for repair.
Stupid pop up flash won't fire. It still works fine with my ext. but its kinda like an irritating pimple....so better to get it service first. That means by the time u guys go, I dun have cam liao.

Anyway, 400D users, is this a common problem? and normally how long does a repair job at the svc centre take? Do advice if u know. Thanks

Unless taking night shot of macro....but I'd more concern with mosquito than macro.
I recently bought a vanguard tripod, not bad....cheap so more. if u want, I give u the contact to local distributor, he's the boss, can give u good price.

Sold my manfrotto, sibeh heavy.....I think i bring tat guy out, like bringing 3kg dumb bell. Back breaking stuff....
