Extremely breathtaking series.... two thumbs up!!

like to ask what lens you using for your shots... like #363 (another day by the quay)

all taken using same lens?

Thank you! #363 was taken with the Nikon 17-35. :)

thanks for the heads up.... i also have the same lens but feel it delivers poorly in terms of getting stars from lights for night shots....

your amazing shots really make me want to shoot landscape again....
like to ask what prime lens you are using for those with "stars" in the night shots....

thanks :)

Thanks again. ;) Well, I still have much to learn...anyway, my night shots are taken with the 17-35mm too. But I did use a Tokina 11-16mm before I got my current lens.

Well done!

Thanks mate!

keep up the good work!

very nice works still.

I like "definity", "Infinitude" with beautiful tone and contrast... and you know why I like this sort of photography..:)
I notice something quite different when I look through the pages on the color photos. Does the new camera gives you different result comparing to your old photos or some of the work flow in PP has changed? I am not a technical person and just curious...:)

Yes, I also noticed that as well. I think less midtone contrast. I would think it's a PP workflow change. Both work equally fine for me though, just different moods.

Thank you! Yeap, you are right, my processing workflow has changed. That's 'cus I just calibrated my screen with a Spyder, and realised that I cranked up my contrast too high for some of my older shots. I'm still trying to get used to the new colour settings though.

Haha, very astute! So far only a few have feedbacked to me about the contrast. Yeah, just calibrated my screen, so it's kinda disorientating. :bsmilie: Sometimes, I drop the contrast far too much, only to realise that I've ended up with a very flat image. Still trying to find the right blend of contrast though!
