I rarely do faux reflections, but this was what I envisioned, and the bay was choppy...

Was there this morning and I also envisioned reflections but reality is otherwise! Hahah. The exposure Is really well-controlled anyway. I suppose this was an early shot, say 6:45?

Haha, thanks. ;) It was taken at 6.39am according to Exif data; you're pretty close!

Hahah I was there ma. Just that I was at Fullerton area. I knew the redness of the sky appeared very early. So I roughly guessed to be so.

Hi, thanks for dropping by. :) Really appreciate it! Most of my shots, except the early ones, are non-HDRed. I usually pre-process my raw shots through a raw converter like Lightroom (white balance, pulling/pushing exposures, lens distortion correction, etc.) before processing them in Photoshop CS6. That is also where I do most of my colour correction/filtering and blending or exposure stacking. Cheers!
