ok here's my take...
I have intended to go out to shoot the Yishun I grew up in. So I decided to go and catch the sunset. However when I am out, the sun disappeared and I was kinda disappointed.
Deciding not to give up, I traveled further down the path (about 3km further from the original intended path), and caught the following
The sun is disappearing by the seconds

The colors are even more beautiful at dusk

Gets to show ppl that Yishun is a nice place. We are just meters from reservoirs, secondary forests and beaches.

wah. nice thread guys.
my gf lives in yishun. i pass by bottle tree park, the jetty and yishun dam countless times while sending her home. never thought of stopping to take some shots.
shall do it someday when the time is right.
i wonder if there are any woodlands thread.

well if i moved out of yishun, then it will not match.
Well I do not know whether #3 leads to Thomson Road or not. You will pass by this canal when you drive in from Lentor Avenue heading towards Khatib MRT. Any bus going to Yishun Interchange will also pass by this canal too.
At the end of the canal, there are some private houses with a No Entry (you will get shoot down) sign... Hmmm... wonder what kind of houses those are.
