Scantily dressed = asking to be raped?

The fact that both rape and molest are criminal and an act against someone, I don't agree how a person wear her clothes give any justifications for such acts.

Of course if you chose to wear provocatively, then you maybe at the higher risk to be a victim although you are still entitle to the protection of the law. Damaged done, not sure how the punishment can help to ease your suffering. So, we must make our choice.
