i just got one SB800, total damage was about SGD615 (include 12 months zero interest installment). is that a good price?
i added SGD42 for another 2 years extended waranty... do u guys think i kena chop ah?

nope...not kena chop...MO price around $590 IIRC...
some more u pay by installment...but u should have bought two SB800...:lovegrin:

You will know when you have more then 2 flashes to have different effect in yr pictures...
check out youhong thread over at Ready,Lights & Actions for the Motorshow with CLS.
Words over here doesn't help to justify on why you need so many flashes, only pictures can tell you the difference.

CLS = Creative Lighting System.
Multiple flashes allow you to have more lighting and give you more room for creativity in terms of lighting a subject from multiple areas (instead of only 1 flash from the camera point of view)

I put 4 threads in the "Ready,Lights & Actions" section for the Motorshow... 2 normal types, and 2 with CLS... You will be able to see the difference...You will know when you have more then 2 flashes to have different effect in yr pictures...

This is my first attempt at CLS also lah... :sweatsm:At least better than the commander mode in my D70s which is fixed at channel 3 group A...
previously i was thinking of getting SB600, due to D80 got bulth in commander mode, but i need the diffuser and bounce card as well, higher guide number and made in japan wording emboss on the surface made me to fork out another $250 to get it. no regret so far
Costly Lighting System :bsmilie: . Ups, no, it is Creative Lighting System (no..., not from the maker of Sound Blaster...).
With more than 1 flash or 1 single wireless flash, you can get more nature light compare to flash put on top of your camera. Depend on your creativity, you can have shadowing technique like in studio with multiple flashes.
