I bought the Sanyo quick charger with LED indicator. But the 2 Sanyo 2500 batteries gives me the flashing LED (which means bad battery). Is this the same problem as you guys? Can I also change them or how do I know whether is it the battery or the charger (the charger can charge properly my 2 AAA 900 batteries). But for 2 batteries and have to go down to Orchard during my working hour is bad experience!
Usually when you first buy and use it, it doesn't show any sign or problem, only after some extensive usage and if you notice the batteries life have been much shorter, and the charge don't retain for more than 1 week or 2 (in worse case senario, the charge wrong last more than 2 days) then you can almost confirm you got the problematic batteries.
But it seem like not all 2500mA battery got this problem though.
You want to spend thousands of dollars on 10+ dollars of products? Sanyo is already exchanging them, and that is almost the same as what you would be getting if you had sued successfully.

if those that are in the shelf are still having problem, then I think we can sue Sanyo for selling faulty products !
Thanks to CS - now maybe I can get my batteries replaced. Was very annoyed at how fast they lost power after charging. Even my 2100mah lasted a lot longer.
Some tips given by Sanyo staff to test your batt before can make claim to them.
* Charged your 2500 batt fully.
* Don't use for 2 days
* Insert in to your cam
* If you can see "batt indicator" half appear immediately
* than your batt is FAULTY
You need to send to sales@sanyo-energy.com.sg to make quiries.
Print their reply email and bring it when you go there to get replacement.
