S2000HD users Gather!

actually looking @ S100Fs too ex, used canon S5IS not bad...now S2000HD...cheap & hopefully gd!.

Bros can share how is iso 400 & 800. I dun expect miracles as tis sensor is 1/2.3". but not worse than other makes i hope.

As tis is a budget cam, is the lens very soft at the sides...

Lastly how's the AF & general responsiveness of the cam ?

lookin @ review, i think there's color blotch at iso800. so best 2 stay iso400 & below.
Dynamic range also suffers

Did anyone of you realise that photos taken using S2000HD sometimes show 3D effect. I have taken this shot at NTU at you could see that the 3D effect clearly. The 3d effect was best viewed on a Full-HD LCD TV by connecting the S2000HD to TV through the HD video cable.

Not chrome setting...juz standard. Used P mode with supermacro...
