Coz few of the shots were taken is a sheltered area ... I cant get it to overexpose at lower iso at the location ...
Just for clarification.
Why not?
Coz few of the shots were taken is a sheltered area ... I cant get it to overexpose at lower iso at the location ...
I believe there are many fundamental differences between the 2 different series of work. Like how 1 is done via postprocessing, another is basically intentional wrong setting of the camera..
Very strange indeed. I'm curious why not.Coz few of the shots were taken is a sheltered area ... I cant get it to overexpose at lower iso at the location ...
Like I said, this are test imagesI think all this just goes to show that you do not have a very good understanding of what you are doing and what you wanted to achieve when you did this ON PURPOSE.
The basic fundamentals (according to your explaination of shooting at iso1600) is already flawed and shows your lack of understanding in the technically aspects of photography ...

Like I said, this are test images, I was shooting at is 1600 cos we were shooting inside a tunnel.
Well, I post these test images coz I need the negative comments for my own reference ...If these are test images. Keep them in your harddisk.
High contrast shots still leaves tones and details. In this series, I see ghostly images.
Removing details was one of the intentions for these imageswow, your taste sure is special, i think much of the details are missing
Only those done in the dark were ISO 1600Well, I really think that the imges are way blown off the top.
Have u gotten an idea of what u want to achieve? Have u exhausted all means of adjusting your various parameters (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, EV, etc) before u jump in shooting with ISO 1600?
I think that when one presents images for critique, I believe that one is trying to invite opinions, and a different POVs from oneself. If one tries to defend vehemently his/her POV, then I don't think he/she can improve much, since he/she can't see out of the comfort of his/her own gogglebox.

Well, I'm still wondering how to remove the details without having the face blending into the bgyou know what you wanted to achieve so the question is do you think you achieved it?
don't assume that
low key is simplly shoot it under exposed, high key is simplly shoot it over exposed.
