As batteries go by, their batteries are relatively cheap. Don't skim!

Why is no forum for Ricoh? Loving it more and more, esp. the "my setting" functions.

Here some I took today. I have used Nikon D700 before and call me blaspheme, the quality of photos is NOT that way off from it.

Yes the 28mm was really able to produced the excellent images, even with the fine jpeg setting. But I do spotted some soft spots at the corner or along the edges.

You might want to check and compare the prices against Chiif's prices. His is as it is one of the best prices around.

Yup, i have compared Chiiff's price. The price quoted by Tin Cheung for 40mm MC is HKD2980 and Chiiff price is SGD640. So that's why I'm asking whether is it generally cheaper for all Voigtander lens in HK or is it for this particular lens only.

Wow, that quite abit difference... $640 vs roughly $480. Zeiss lens is slightly cheaper in HK too. Was quoted $1580 vs $1400 in HK.

Sounds like the old pricing rather than the new. I think HK has a lot of left over stock from the batch of Zeiss lenses before the price increase world wide.
