Ricoh GXR!

Though I had now jumped ship and changed to the Oly EM-5, having previously used cameras from Nikon, Canon, Panasonic and Fuji, I still find the Ricoh GRD and GXR to have the BEST ergonomics and usability. No other cameras come close to the user-friendliness of the GRD and GXR.

I have been using GXR for a few months, comparing it with say the xpro1 and x100, the images have a yellowish tint to it ( both on auto WB). Anyone have similar findings ?

Fake HDR from Raw , converted to B&W ;-)

Anyone have any idea why is it so hard to sell GXR, m mount away? Someone is going as low as 950$ and it's still not selling...

M mount is hard to sell because of few M mount users.

It's really a system. So let's say he buys GXR M, he'll have to consider buying M mount lenses, and they aren't exactly peanuts. For the layman, most will consider auto focus cams and the more mainstream offerings from Canikon. So if I want to buy 1 (even 2nd hand), I will be thinking what I am signing up for.

Those who had the M9 and M8, it's a viable backup in case they have to send their RF cams to solms ... but hey, they may also be using the m3s,m6s,m7s,MP, so this GXR option isn't really a like for like alternative (RF), not the same feel of an RF camera.

So yes, I think after the novelty of owning 1 dies down, there's bound to be sellers there to recoup as much as possible even if it means 950 (from 1.4k?).

Mount only or with body? Cos mount priced dropped already. I think it's $970+ now..

does not sound good. I am indeed considering whether to buy GXR + A12 28mm

I think the dude is selling GXR body + m mount module @ $950... I'm trying to sell mine with VF2 too but no luck... Damn

Saw someone selling mount only at $750 a few weeks back. Prices are indeed dropping.
