First time I didn't even finish a single roll of film, but it's Provia pushed to 1250 so will be awhile before i get it develop n post.

Thank you Gary for organizing yesterdays shoot. It was great to meet up and make new friends. Shooting at Chinatown was a real challange as it was just too crowded. I decided to ditch my camera and just enjoy a beer while waiting for the rest.

We all finally crossed over to Ann Siang Hill and decided to take a break at one of the many cafes that dot the area. What a relief to get away from the crowd and humidity of Chinatown to the peace and tranquility of Ann Siang Hill.

What followed was the usual admiring of various RF gear and exchange of thoughts regarding gear. This is also when the poisoning starts.

It was good to meet so many new faces in a relaxed environment and share the different journey's taken to finally bring us all together sharing a common passion.

I took it upon myself to keep Gary company by having a few beers, since Gary's regular kakis were not present.

I had a wonderful time. Thank you all for the warm friendship offered.

Thanks Gary for organising. Sorry for not able to make it ontime due to improper time management. :embrass: Met astroboy888 and a few others in the MRT station. Saw a lot of RF cameras while shooting in Chinatown. Guess RF penetration is increasing! :heart:

It was great to meet everyone yesterday, work our way through the Chinatown crowds, and have a beer. Always a real pleasure to be able to admire everone's kit and talk about cameras etc too. I had an excellent time. The best laugh for me was the opportunity to see first hand how Gary gets his 'In Your Face' shots, up close and personal. Fantastic technique and guts. A true artist in the making.

I realised we didnt have each others contact numbers, and if you guys would like, I can be the Secretary who compiles them, and we can work on from there how we can plan future activities. If you wish to exchange numbers through a centralised pool, just PM me with your names and numbers/emails. All details will be kept In-Confidence, and distributed to those on the list only.

This botak might look very intimidating, but he is so warm, friendly and approachable that 5 year old little girls will go up to hug him...

My first RF SG outing and I must say, it was awesome. To be honest, I spent more time trying to elbow my way through the crowd rather than actually shooting. It was definitely a challenge shooting in such a tight situation :/ For the rest who stayed on, there was a lot of sharing of camera gears and life stories. Certainly an eye/ear opener for me.

I really enjoyed myself, hope you guys did too. Last but not least, a big thanks to our organizer, Gary !
