The theme for Feb 2011 is "Celebrate".

Gone is Xmas & the New Year. We had a break for one month & yes, its smacked back to the parties/gatherings & drinking to celebrate Chinese New Year!!!!

I'll put in this month's theme as "Celebrate" since its the festive season & its time to celebrate CNY.

Please post top 3 photos that you feel have captured that moment. Please ENSURE you include a TITLE for your submission and either write a short summary of why your pics suited the theme stated or simply let the photos do the talking for you.

Rules are very simple:

1. Competition period 1st Feb to Feb 28 2011
2. Please submit 3 of your best shots with a short explanatory into your submission by Feb 28th 2011
3. All entries will be judged American Idol style by your fellow members
4. Judging period will be from 1st Mar to 6th Mar 2011
5. Top 3 entries will be posted by 8th Mar 2011: winner has bragging rights for the rest of the month (haha) and be submitted to the Hall of Fame thread (wow!) plus RF.SG's pin-up badge & Keyring

Yes Gary, there are actually over a hundred beautifully decorated elephants in the Perahera Esala (Procession of the Tooth) festival - originating from the Tooth Relic temple in Kandy, Sri Lanka. I was fortunate to be there last year to witness the Perahera. But the lighting was a real challenge for shooting.
