First of all, I'd like to congratulate RFSG and its EXCO for organizing the event tomorrow along with the book launch. I'm glad that all the hopes and dreams of the RF users here in Clubsnap have come to fruition.
I'm not a RFSG member, but may I permit myself to raise a couple of points.
I hope the EXCO have engaged a photographer as well as a videographer (from within the RFSG community, or otherwise) to cover such an important occasion. No need for artistic, PJ stuff... just full-on honest and good event coverage. This is SOP for wedding couples, so why shouldnt RFSG do likewise?
I think RFSG should also appoint a member as its official HISTORIAN - someone who will painstakingly archive anything and everything RFSG. We should not overlook the possibility that the annals of RFSG might be of significant value to future generations.
Just as our camera gear might outlive us, RFSG could also have the potential to grow and live beyond our mortal lives.
Please ignore my humble suggestions, if such matters have already been catered for.
Again, congrats and all the best, RFSG!
