The system doesn't send out confirmation email as its a manual update.

If you take a look at the webspace control panel, you can see your latest statements. By the way, I have already credited the payment into your account yesterday. Sorry for the delay.

then why is my account still suspended?

does anyone bother to update the account???

Is there a direct contactable no. so that can check on the account status immediately rather then after my account being suspensed then I email, and hopefully not await days before getting back. Thanks.
