Bro, really appreciate your advice. I guess holding on to your shoe is to get your shoe back when u need it. Beside fast lens, fast film and steady hand shooting on available light, are we allow to use flash during the Thaipusam ceremony? How close are we allowed to get to the subject? Can we get as close as 1m?

yo, you can put your shoes in your own bag and carry inside. you can use flash or anything as long as you know when to use. you can go as close to the subject as you like. they are your indian neighbours just say hi and move in ;p
