paiseh i don have the address. But it's quite straightforward there. cos basically, i went to Women street(MongKok MTR), the parallel street there got plenty of citicall outlets.

But this link gives the address of many popular shop locations http://www.dchome.net/viewthread.php?tid=57431

Thanks bro.... can I check again.. you convert to international warranty from the shop or from sony?

Hi
May I know is there a thread to mass order from HK to a specific address in HK and then ship to SG? HK price is too attractive compare to sg. Can it be organised? Any bro got lobang?

Thanks!

Hong Kong's Customer service's standard was very poor 5 yrs and before. But recent years, their standard has improved by a great leap. They are polite and friendly, walking into shop you'll get their greetings, browsing around for clothes, they will recommend some items suitable for you, like as if you are shopping with your friends. Almost every instances while shopping with my mum, they take initiatives to suggest matching bottoms for the top my mum choose. A bit aggressive but VERY proactive. If sizes if not available, they will hunt a size from the nearest outlet for u. SG ah? some fxxx up sales ppl, act blur always tell u, no more sizes.. all on display, only when in good mood they help you check for your size.

1 example is, 7-11 that i walked in, they speaks in cantonese "Welcome" after when i'm done without buying anything, they said in cantonese "thank you, please come again". Tell me which convenient stores in SG does that?

You go LV, PRADA in Singapore also no such service standard, probably get a disgusting glare or smug look from the sales ppl if you are underdressed.

Anyone has bought from there? Warranty can be convert right?

yes cheaper, but not like HK, so much cheaper.....

eg, the SAL 16-80mm CZ lens, singapore selling S$1399, HK selling HK$4600, u do the maths after convert, so much cheaper, some more the saving can fly u to HK and back singapore with hotel stay there too, excluding meals....wth Sony singapore do the pricing this way....

wth Sony singapore do the pricing this way....

Same with Sony laptops and LCD screens. In SG and some other countries, Sony markets itself as a luxury brand, so it prices itself higher. And it works!! You see people with a Vaio you hear people go "oooh! Vaio!" but in other countries it's just another laptop. Nothing special.

same goes for apple.
prolly the reason why there're so much hate generated. it sorta gives the 'for rich snobs' kinda feel.
