Recommend DV tape -> AVI/Mpeg service

I have a 15 minutes clips in a DV tape, would like to convert it to AVI, where to get such service and roughly what will be the cost?

Go ahead and scout for the price and i will counter discount the lowest price that you can find by 10%. All work willbe done using Adobe Premiere ORIGINAL software - Other editing like Titleling or txt may be added upon request but with a price.....

Thanks for your offer, I don't think any editing will be required as someone else will be doing it, I just need the clip in AVI format that's all.

How much u usually charge and how long will it takes for a 15min video? I don't have the time to scout for the price, hope that u can give me a quote instead?

DV-AVI? That's gonna be HUGE man.... in the GB range....

Yeah! Tried once... when I first started last year... 17:34min clip. Left it overnight only to wake up the next morning to see like the 7GB on my HDD was all used up and the rendering had stopped.
(Now i have 2x80GB HDD)

Anyways, why don't you do it yourself? A firewire card costs like $45 from SLS - comes with a cable and a some basic editing software. All you need to do is plug in (install - may need the OS installation if you're on Win98) and download your clips.
