erm... i've been using my old GP charger for the eneloops but not sure if there are going to be any side effects on the batteries...

sanyo eneloops. :thumbsup: highly recommended. They last realllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyy long.![]()
Use their own chargers. U buy the charger that can charge 4 batts and comes with 2 batts, only $21.

I'm using Powerex from Maha. Good and cheap! Charger + 4 pcs of 2700mAh at $36 during the last IT show at Suntec. Fast charging as well and the batteries do not heat up during charging.
GP is the worst for me, not matter if its AA or gumstick.
My personal experience, others may vary.
Quite disappointing for my Sony.
Switched to Sanyo 2,500 only to have the "cannot hold charge" problem.
Changed at the Heeren.
But the replacements are just as bad.
Need to charge just the day before my use.
Learnt to live with it.
Recently bought PowerEx but have yet to use.

The Sony? Yes, orange & silver. Both AAA & AA.
no.. the new 2500 sanyo.. new packaging. u got them replaced right? i got mine replaced today and it's a new packaging one.
so it might just be ALOT better than the old 2500s. well, haven't test yet. so will let u guys know soon.(1 week lah. haha)
