There are pasted sign telling us to go straight to the Digital Studio for the exchange and just need to tell our name and contact number to the CSO manning the counter.
I guess that Nikon does not want us to resell the battery as the EN-EL3e box was replaced with a small ziploc bag with the instruction manual.
There were two CSO when I was there.
