How come the char kuay tiao got 1 egg in the middle????
 

Lucky that dish not totally effective...the HUMs are too tiny to even see.

Not char kuay teow... it's Yue guang he.... with the raw egg yolk one....

oh, for this dish, its called char kuay tiao with egg. apparently, he forgot to cook the egg, so, just tumba it in last min.:bsmilie:

actually the bacteria count for the raw egg can be quite bad if not eaten immediately. just avoid to ta pao it. in a stricter sense, ava has the right to intervene in once this dish gives problem.

Give me the Good Old Char Kway Teow with lots of big fat Hums and double egg scrambled any day man...

simple solution and yet make the dish presentation interesting. Send the dish to the customer's table with the egg intact and place in the middle of the dish on top of the fried kway teow...Customer breaks it themselves...or bring the egg home heheh

its hard to find good old char juay tiao these days. many have avoided using lard and so the taste becomes flat instantly.

Even the egg in shell may not be fresh... and tat would also lead to problems
