I think he's referring to the E-mount version. I myself had tried it a long time ago. If i can remember, some force is needed but it's able to fix in. However, the fitting don't look secure and the raynox could drop off.
hmmm, ...I don't see how a 43mm filter could be forced into a 49mm thread ...don't tell me you just blue tack on the lens ! :bsmilie:

after turning glass clockwise to holder and stops, you need to counter clockwise it twice so holder sits nicely in lens.
