Hi lwm,

Thanks for your query.

There are a few options you can consider.... DCR-6600PRO @$210, XL-5000PRO and XL-7000PRO (prices as in order list). All these will require a 37-52 stepping ring @$15 which we also have in stock.

Let me know if you're keen to test the lenses with your videocam.

Thanks!

Jim, McGill.

Is there a adaptor for DCR-6600PRO to fit on 72mm thread lens?

:)

Hi Friend,

What's your cam or lens model? 6600PRO may cause serious vignetting as its thread is only 52mm.

Suggest you get the 2 latest models from Raynox:
HDP-6000EX (Expensive) High Definition Wideangle conversion Lens 0.79X at 72mm thread or the HD-7062PRO High Definition Wideangle Conversion Lens 0.7X at 62mm thread and a step-down ring RA6272.

See link for details:
http://raynox.co.jp/english/video/hdrfx7/index.htm

Prices will be released soon. We'll be surveying the local market to decide which models we will eventually import to Singapore.

Thanks,
Jim, McGill.

hi Jim,

Interested in getting the DCR2020PRO for Sony R1 and H5. Is it compatible? Any additional adaptor needed?

Thanks.

I'm using the Nikkor 18-200mm lens.

Hi Friend,

2020PRO w/82mm lens hood (@$360) is still in stock and compatible with H5 as seen on the Raynox official website. No adapter is needed if you already have the original PLASTIC adapter to fit to 58mm filters. However if you don't feel safe, you can get the RT5256 Raynox METAL adapter at another $45 only. But this adapter is not in stock. Will have to order for you.

For R1, you just need a 67-62mm special metal stepdown ring @$25 (in stock) to connect direct to 2020PRO.

Also if you want to take macro shots, we recommend the DCR5320PRO @$370 (in stock) with 72mm threads. No vignetting. Just need a 67-72mm special metal stepup ring @$25 (in stock).

Please visit our eBay Singapore store to purchase products from now on if keen. Just go to www.ebay.com.sg and click the BUY link, enter the keyword Raynox and you'll see all the stuff there. Prices of certain items will be slightly lower on eBay to encourage more e-shoppers.

First-time customers can also click the feedback comments to see the list of items already sold by us on eBay Singapore as well as customer comments on shopping with us. :bsmilie:

That's about it. Let me know if you have further queries.

Cheers,
Jim, McGill.

Or, alternatively, do you think I can get a fisheye conversion lens for that...there should be one or two which have large thread size right?

;)

Hi Friend,

The issue with the big Raynox fisheye lens is that it is not very suitable with some zoom lenses due to the heavy weight. Users may experience some difficulty in varying the focal lengths.

Your budget also important leh... I would recommend you pick the EX model at 72mm thread for your Nikon lens.

Thanks,
Jim, McGill.

Hi Jim,

I am interested in the CM3500A Super Macro Lenses. It specified that it is designed for SLR lens but does it work with the Canon G7?

Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your query!

This lens set is also suitable for use with various digital cameras. For G7, it works well. You just need to get the 58mm metal adapter from us at $45. This is better than the more expensive plastic adapter from Canon. However if you already own the Canon one, then just purchase this set and let the fun begin!

Both items are still in stock and can be purchased on our eBay store as below:

You can also SMS to 9108-1059 if you have doubts before purchasing on eBay.

Jim, McGill.

Hi Friend,

Please let me have your real name cos I don't know what adapter you are ordering. And please clarify what are the macro lenses you have in mind.

We have many customers but we don't keep track of their nicknames.

Thanks,
Jim, McGill.

Hi Jim

I am looking for a wide angle len for my Panasonic GS400, thread size 43mm. Would HD-6600PRO be suitable for my model and which particular thread size does it come in and how much ?

Will this len cause serious vignetting problem at wide ?

Thanks.
