Glad to hear nice feedback about the TCon14 which I'm using.. makes me think twice about selling it in favour of the cheaper but larger zoom C210.. :)

Yeah.. anyone remember the URL of the jap page??

you'll get vignetting with the C-210 if I'm not wrong. The rear element of the C-210 is very very small.

Yeah, i know.. but then if i'm really shooting a far-off object, i'd probably dun mind cropping it abit to get rid of the vignetting. it's just that i'm not sure about the C-210 quality and it's also more hassle to use as compared to the Tcon14. I like the Tcon14 becos of the good image quality and also becos it's very easy to snap on and off. It's just that 1.45x is a bit small..

you lose quite a bit of light with the C-210 and this may make focussing hard when the lighting conditions are poor.

Thanks.. :) The TCON-14 looks so tiny compared to the others... :D

The Fuji telelens is probably comparable to the TCON-14 in quality and size.

The shipping cost is USD27 for < 2lb, and USD36 for < 4lb.

Actually, I am considering and still undecided ... one issue is that this raynox lens is really HUGE!

Wonder how is the pic quality compared to the Fuji 1.5X ...

mpenza ... any advice on Fuji's quality?

pretty decent...some CA but still acceptable. Impt thing is vignetting disappears early, and corners are not soft by too much. Want samples? :D

Many in the Dpreview forums have stated that the image quality is inferior. CA as well as corner softness. You can see it in all the test shots.

The Fuji is relatively free from such problems but its only 1.4-1.5x.

Tweek - Can post some? Tks ... :)

Zeroster - But the sample photo at the Raynox website seems so good ... very suspicious huh .... :dunno:
