Rangefinder users?

Currently owned Yashica Electro 35, Seagull 205, my Russian gadgets should be coming soon - FED 4, FED 5, FED5b, Zorki 4. I think the Industar 61 L/D len is impressive considering the budget price.

Dream to own a Bessa R system.

In my view, its somewhat stylo milo to hang a rangefinder on the neck- looks like a very fashionable item and especially so when appearing with one on a photograph.

Good to know there are people out there with same passion, and more so to be part of the rangefinder community!

Yes, 50 mm. Summarit f1.5. Very old lens. This was available in LTM and Leica M mount. My dad purchased the M3 with this lens in the late 50's. Was my only lens for many years in my school days. Soft at 1.5, but improved nicely by 5.6. Prone to flare and lower contrast than the later Summilux, but nice bokeh. Hardly used this lens now, as favourite is the 35 mm. f1.4 Asph.

focusing is a lot faster and it's a lot lighter than sLrs. :wink:

btw, i love my ricoh 500g.
