Got Ramly burger at pc show! but not that tasty or oily leh. :)
long line too! :D

Now the radios are playing Ramly Burger song!!! Terrific music to go along the terrific burger!!
:)

Go get your Ramly Burgers at the Geylang Serai bazaar!! They are all over the place!!!

haha... papers said that every 10m there is a stall. :bsmilie:

honestly ..... 99% of it are from 'Singapore' Ramly which has nothing to do with the 'Original' Ramly in malaysia. The patties they have are made in Singapore, and people thought they are paying for an 'original' ramly lol:bsmilie:

There's so much hype on the burger so I decided to try it once at a pasar malam...
Not only was I not impressed, I also felt sick and nauseated after eating it which then led to vomiting. It was all grease and no taste. Maybe it wasn't a good version of it but I'm not taking anymore chances. This is just from my personal experience, no offence to those who love it.

theres one ramly burger outside my home now!! hahahahaaha..

Poor guy, you definitely got it from a lousy stall... :o

oh man after reading this thread my tummy start growling...mmmm miss the true blue ramly from Malaysia...SIngapore one just doesnt have the unique taste....dun know is it because its in s'pore, the vendor skill is still not up to the tasty standard...like the crispy chicken cutlet from taiwan...it just taste better there.....but nevetheless i still buy local ramly...mmmm maybe time to go Gelyang Serai tomolo

haha,
this thread got revived again.

that just goes to show how passionate we can get about food. :)

there is one ramly outlet in the 24hour canteen at KTM railway station at spottiswoode park. dunno is it the authentic burger but its a long wait if u really wanna buy.... and it doesnt cost cheap either, about $2.50 a burger whereas in MY you can get 2 burger for the same price. buta short of going all the way to MY, that's the nearest place you can get....

Dunno what the Singaporean craze about Ramly burgers are all about.. As a Malaysian I can say that most of us don't even bother to stop and buy, and they can be found everywhere.. :bsmilie:

i like ramly burger also.. haaa.. lol :D

I like Ramly Burgers.

Since we have been talkin bout burgers.

Available in all parts of Malaysia, sometimes, in the pasar malam in your neighbourhood.

Funny thing is that there is no Ramly Burgers Restaurant so far... :dunno:

There are many varieties too. Any fans out there?

JB where got sell????

I miss Malaysia style Ramly Burger  .

Long time never eat in those stall already.

one of the best ramly burgers that i've tasted was found at a isolated place

its at Pulau Permangil, where i used to go for dive training blardy long time ago.

it was one of the authentic ones, NONE whatsoever like those fako in Singapore ones.
just like many other food.

I used to be Malaysian, but is now a Singaporean, and i can definitely vouch for the fact that although there's alot of VARIETY found in one single location in Singapore, as for the quality of the taste, most of M'sian ones are alot better or at least more "authentic"

Authenticity however is subjective. Those who belong to the yesteryears will kinda relive the old "tastes/flavours" of the old days.

Anybody from Ipoh/Kampar here? :D

I'm sure those who've taken the effort to visit the small town would have now realised and prolly swear off the claimed "ipoh hor fun" and "char kway teow" in SG :)

for those who are curious, dun hesitate, go there and try the real stuff, just like the ramly's in KL ;)

*disclaimer: i do not work for the Tourism board of M'sia :D *
