r00ki3's LandScapes and ScenEries

Thanks Kev..
:embrass: yup I noticed it.
Didn't actually know how to correct it before..but after googling and meddling with CS from just now, I think I have managed to correct it now. Learnt something new again today :)
Thanks again for pointing it to me :)

I was playing with your photo on GIMP in the office.
couldn't get rid of all the colour cast. The edges of the clouds still had magenta streaks.
hmmmm

magenta cast is from ND110 which is unavoidable. nevertheless, it can be easily fixed in PS.

Zul, do take not that the 'line' on the horizon is too strong. You need to apply some gaussian blur to make it less strong.

Yes It was from the filter. I think I know now how to properly fix that.

Ah i see.Wow I really have to learn how to see all these fiiner details which needs 'attention'..It just shows there are so many things which I overlook and need to learn.
Thanks for the valuable tip, and for dropping by Thomas :)

Well done but horiZon need more attention.

All thanks to your tips and guidance Thomas :). Glad it works for you.

Yes..that's one area I'm still struggling, and very weak at :embrass:
I really need to observe and practice more.

Thanks again Thomas for your kind words :)

Nicely balanced on all sides. Good exposure. Love the added brown cast from the ND filter.

Thanks bro..glad this works for you. It's difficult to come up with something as good as yours and the rest of the gang for this one..

#97 seems right-side heavy, but knowing what the scene looks like (even MORE buildings to the right), I don't think you could've done better than this
Love the dreamy look of the water...
You even managed to 'hide' the cranes until they are so much less noticeable...!
I was there last evening and took one look at MBS side......... no mood to shoot that direction

#98 is power bro...!
somehow the rock doesn't "stand out" as much as it should... maybe play with contrast?

hahaha yeah I even have to crop away some buildings on the right for #97 just to 'balance it out'..That's the best I could do I guess :embrass:
I didn't 'hide' it actually..It's as it is.That's the magic of 11mm I guess, it makes everything look so far and tiny when you want it to be hehehe..

Yup.The details of the rock was not to my liking too.It didn't turn out well for the rocks. I will re-look into this..Maybe I will upload one in black and white too...mmm..

Thanks Kev for constantly giving your inputs. really appreciate it :)

Wah bro, nice... new angle to shoot eh

hey, nice angle, definitely a refreshing touch to the usual shots :)

eh.. I thought I've seen others have taken it from this angle before?
Anyway I just walked down and got closer hehehe...glad it turned out ok..
Thanks guys for compliments :)
