Hi all

Just got the DHC80L. Any advice on how to start? Do I need to leave the cabinet door open for 24 hours before putting my equipment in etc?

Nope... just set it correctly and load up...

but from what i observe, as you add/remove equipment your RH% will also fluctuate. am i correct?

Not for the DHC model. It'll maintain even if you increase or decrease load.

Just received the DHC 80. Set the Rh to 47%. It is currently at 60%. How long will it take to go down to 47%? 47% is Ok right?

40 - 50% is acceptable.

You can check that on both their web site, they have all the dimension, or you can give them a call too

Mine also looks different from the one in DigiHub site. However, mine has the green and red LEDs. But the top is green and bottom is red. It is direct opposite from the DigiHub's picture. A picture of my dry unit as below. Anyway, wondering which is newer?

Also the LCD digital display also different. Mine is silver in colour and the one shown is black.

my RH is at 51 now.. should be decreasing further.. will check again tmr!

ah! btw, does AD60 have the red and green LED as shown in the top right of the pic below? my AD70 doesn't.... it has only 1 knob with a green LED on it. :dunno:

Hi -- i have the 30L. been using it for around a year already with 40-50% RH. but lately, i noticed(and felt by hand) that something wet(water) on top of the square box(to the left of the control-knob as shown in the quoted image above). Is this normal? thanks!

The controller you have looks like a new design. The RH% Digital display in the poster looks like the one use for the DHC model with the 3 buttons (+, - and Set)

got my digi cabi frm lords just now. DB-036. when i plug in and switch on the power supply, i hear a loud spark coming frm the back of the digi cabi. scare the sh*t out of me. anyone got this prob b4? tml bringing back to lords for 1-1

i need advise
i got my 30L about 2 weeks ago. it was doinig fine for the start of the first week. maintening at 44% RH. howwver, one day, it went haywired and went to 53% RH. i tried adjusting it back to 44% RH. it dropped to 37% RH. alright so obviously i increased it. so It went up to 47% RH, settle for a few hours, it goes back to 53% RH (at a lower setting, the knob) i'm FUMING! there is something wrong right?
