I tried so many times.. why cookies turn soft ah? Is it i leave outside for cooling too long liao?
Today i baked Peanut butter cookies. I left the cookies outside for 3 hrs.. now turn soft..
how long should i leave outside before put into air tight container?

AFAIK for performance reason a thread is limit to ard 2000 post. So I dun know when the mod will close this thread. I hope this limit will be lifted when the new database server goes live next week.

Usually I leave them outside till not hot loh! Usually less than 1/2 hr! I used to bake a lot of cookies 1-2 yrs back.

Never make cookies before, don't eat that much so don't bother to make.

I know ikan bilis can leave for 3 hrs but cookies put for 3 hrs :dunno:

Last night i tried to put some of the cookies back to the oven and bake for 5 more min.. Then this morning still abit soft. I think is Chewy not soft.. because it is Peanut butter cookies.. use Palm oil and peanut butter...
