my budget S$300 only leh

This morning i having 2 pcs of whitebread with peanut butter. and a glass of Soya milk.
Hope my mouth will shut after this ;p

eat some fruits later, dont go without dinner. i skipped dinner before and cant sleep, ended up making instant noodles + iced milo for supper at 1am :nono:

Just came back for my late lunch: cheese and bacon bun and kopi....after that, treadmill again :sweat:
Sometimes I wonder whether fasting is much betta option than 9km walk on treadmill.
Ya, I only need to walk 6km...coz I walked to the train station and back(at least3km)

Worst is that the woman is pretentious.....juz trying to fit in for other purpose

My weight today is about 76.5kg after makan ....a long way to go. If I really want to attain the weight when I was 21(69kg)

At 19, armed with one of the latest sport coupe.......gals standby the car ...asking for a lift to Chinatown. Haizzz, look like I got to re-armed myself liao. Suits, cars, hair stylist, pump irons, dancing lessons ...and most of all, apply All the credit cards/personal loans that I can muster :devil:

just came back jogging.. today jog two rounds only.. 26 mins ;(.. then do some stretches to make myself sweat more.

Tonight, I ate stewed chicken with carrots+potato...two small bowls and one soup. Weighted again at 76.5kg...:lovegrin:
That mean within a month...I lost at least 4kgs.
Now having one think slice butter cake with kopi...think I drank three cups of kopi
Nvm, today walk 7km and (3km to train station)...happy happy today
