This Morning i took... 1/4 pc of mooncake.
2 slices of wholemeal bread
and coffee

Just eat Mee Siam, Fish ball noodle, tao Hua and a cup of coffee. Feeling sleeping again.:what:

me only ate 2 pcs of high fibre bread with leftover spaghetti sauce i cooked last night.. so hungry still :sweat:

eat is to channel food into energy.. sleep is to replenish energy & repair body's cells, poot poot is to rid the body's excessive unwanted chemicals.
not everyone has food to eat, or bed to sleep or poot poot everday (constipation) everyday. dont complain lah

That's for breakfast and lunch, i don't take lunch so stock up during breakfast. I left the piggy out for you:sticktong

If i eat only that i think i will faint before 12noon.

If XL still hard to fit than you should try europe size, alway bigger.

fyi, my clothes always S-size hor :sticktong
