Qin shi huang built great wall of china , united china by making everyone, tibetians, muslims, hans , qis .. speak chinese langauge and write chinese characters , china will have fall into pieces if not for his contribution. Qin shi Huang also killed a lot of innocents, he polluted China by over fertilising the soil (burried lots of scholars), burning a lot of wood (to melt weapons) and wasting a lot of bamboo (by burning "books"), hehe
who knows if Saddam had burnt all oil wells, the world will have no more fossil energy source and is forced to use alternative enery like sun and wind, then the whole world would turn to a new era, an era of clean energy source. Then, he would become a hero. hehe
Maybe 2 thousand years later, there will be another discussion about this on Clusnap and both are heroes, who knows, haha
