Hello, sunrise shoot is scheduled at 6.15am. bus 82 leaves Serangoon central at 6:00am. I doubt can make it.

Time: 1) Punggol Beach - 0615hrs (Sunrise Shoot)
2) Kampung Lorong Buangkok - 0930hrs (Landscape/Lifestyle, etc..)

like to know is there any plan for a meeting point @ Punggol End (Where the Bus 82 making U trun) for Sunrise Shoot tomorrow morning 0615 hours? before set off to the site for sunrise shoot set up. or just "own time own target carry on"?


btw, the sun will only show "face" at about 7.15am, so I will be there at 7.00am. you guys can go ahead find a good spot to set up.

Hi, u no need to be there at 6.15am per say. We are just gg to be there early to set-up and look for a good spot. U prob.want to try be there latest 6.45am or so....

Note: To all "Noobs", please dont ask qtns like if you are new, can you come....this outing is open to all groups, all ages with no discrimination OR if you are using a PNS/Prosumer, can you come....

We are an open group, so anyone feels free to join. All suggestions are welcome on how to make this outing more FUN, informative and useful.

How to get to the places, hahaha, I do only know Bus No.82 goes to Punggol Beach. as for the kampung, i guess we need to car pool/walk/cycle or hire a bus! (Hahaha, jst a suggestion, lol)

What to shoot? Use ur creativity!!! lol

Wet Weather: Bring Umbrellas; Ponchos; etc.....

It is really a large crowd going there.

Try taking bus 82 to Punggol End, then take the bus back to Hougang MRT and have breakfast at Hougang Mall area. Then proceed to take bus 101 at Hougang bus interchange to Buangkok. Align before bus 101 make an U-Turn near IMH. It is even closer. No need to walk so far.

Driving wise, you can enter via Buangkok Link or Gerald Drive but try not to park along Lorong Buangkok because it is narrow and usually park by buses or by others alongside. Try parking at the Car Park nearby instead.

Hope you all understand. Lorong Buangkok is quite a small area but there are still people living there. Do not make a big commotion and cause a disturbance to the residents there. Leave the things there way they are. Take nothing away except photographs, Leave nothing behind except footprints. If you are lucky, you can still see a rooster or water monitor lizard walking around.

But, do watch out for the dogs (and some newly born pupplies) inside and outside the Kampung.

thank you, cos the exact meeting point wasn't mention earlier, and maybe somebody never been to Punggol End before.

the Punggol MRT station is actually underground, the LRT station is above ground.

I think aero is referring to the bus stop direction towards the HDB block, (the bus terminal is across the road), from that bus stop, cars don't have to make a U turn to go to Punggol End.

Sure, its very early so i'm meeting them 6am then set off later in case someone is late as they may not be familiar with Punggol or oversleep.
