sigh...... sorry could'nt join you guys cos got class outing...... :cry: :cry: :cry:

The numbers really look encouraging! Looks like the beach landing invasion will be a successful one.

Having been there a couple of time over the past 2 years, Ubin is best explored on a bicycle (no choice if you can't ride).
Reason:
- can get from one place to another quickly vs walking, this will shorten the travelling time and is less tedious (can then spend more time taking pictures);
- camera equipment can be secured in your bag while riding the bike, only take out at stopovers.

:cool:

For those who had signed up...

YOU GOT MAIL!!!

:think: I might walk. Hehehe better... Cycling.. hm.. also not bad.. i shall follow majority on that day :bsmilie:

Don't worry about walking or cycling right now...
Lets decide on that day... We go as a group, we do it as a group and we come home as a group... "No One Gets Left Behind".

The roads there are now relatively easy to cycle, except for one small area where pushing the bike up a little may be needed.

Ya...Hong Jia had no idea what and how to get himself and the bike upslope, so now we all contributing our ideas to him:

1. Carry bike upslope (JimDavis)
2. Pushing Bike (John Teoh)
3.
4.

Any better idea? :bsmilie: :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

I think if I take bicycle, I will definitely be faster with walking. So imagine the speed I am on a bicycle.... :eek:
